Eclypse Recruitment are searching for an excellent Outpatients RGN who is looking for the next step in their career into a Junior Sisters role. Our client opened in 1991 and offer the highest standards of patient care to patients from South Manchester, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester. Our private hospital offers a full range of surgeries, from minor procedures to major operations. Some of the procedures carried out include; Allergy Testing and Infectious Diseases, Heart Treatment, Cosmetic Surgery, Kidney Treatment, Bones and Joints, Breast Screening, Cancer Investigations, ENT, Gastro, General Surgery, Neurology, Spinal Care and Vascular Care

Our Vacancy

We are looking for an experienced Sister to provide Clinical Leadership of the highest calibre within our Outpatients' Department, ensuing that the highest standards of nursing care are consistently provided to all patients attending the clinical setting.

As a Registered Nurse, you will get the opportunity to work with some of the region's top consultants so you will be exposed to innovative evidence-based clinical techniques. We commit to our Nurses well-being through training, support and reward. This helps ensure that our Nurses are able to increase and diversify their skills to meet our high clinical standards. Our hospitals are delivering increasingly complex and acute care, and this requires highly skilled and consistent nursing teams. All of this is underpinned by a nursing culture which focuses on impeccable patient care above all else. The role involves supporting the nurses and helping the Outpatients Manager on a daily basis, making sure the department runs smoothly. The role is Monday - Friday at 37.5 hours.


  • Provide clinical leadership for the department for both clinical and non-clinical personnel
  • Following and implementing policies, procedures, protocols, business strategies and imperatives.
  • Develop their knowledge and skills and ensure that of others.
  • Promote best practice in health and safety and security.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing services.
  • Contribute to quality improvement.
