 are seeking  an experienced Social Care/Social Work Recruitment Consultant for an amazing role with a FTSE 100 company based in Victoria London. I am also happy to speak with recruiters from other sectors wanting to recruit in the social work market.

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, driven, talented individual to start asap. The role is full time, offering someone an opportunity to work for a FTSE 100 market leading recruitment agency.

About you!
You will be a 360 experienced recruiter with proof of billings and a stable work history, social work recruitment sector experience is not essential however proof of billings will be as will a 5 year no gap work history. Any questions regarding this please contact us.

Job Requirements

Overall Objective:

To manage an existing Social Care/Social Work desk, maintaining and growing existing business and bringing on additional business.

You will be required build a large temp workforce that work for a number of key clients in the West Midlands.

You will -

  • Recruit, screen, interview and register new temps to meet clients needs.
  • Adhere to full compliance and safeguarding protocols
  • Conduct new business development, sales calls, attend client visits/meeting.
  • Organise and track temps working hours and timesheets for to give to payroll.
