Recruitment Specialist – London – £40000 to £43000 per Annum – Full Time, Fixed Term Contract
Our client has an exciting new role within their dynamic HR team for an ambitious Recruitment Manager.
Our client is a fast growing organisation, focused on hiring the very best people, who will in turn ensure their clients achieve their goals. In this role you will have an opportunity to shape the recruitment strategy for our client, improve their current systems and processes and build a strong internal reputation for excellence.
Ideally you will have experience managing and strategically planning the full recruitment lifecycle, including the recruitment of clinical roles. You will have experience building strong internal relationships with hiring managers, building a memorable employer brand and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You will have a proven track record in managing PSL’s and reducing agency cost, within an in-house role.
