Regional Manager / Compliance Lead - Care Homes Older People Nursing & Residential / Dementia - East Yorkshire - Salary £45,000 to 50,000 Negotiable DOE

My client has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to take the lead on compliance within a small luxurious care provider in the East Yorkshire Region. Working on the excellent reputation & the CQC reports the homes already have you will ensure compliance within 6 homes in the local area. Supporting the Operations Director and the Home Managers to ensure an excellent service is provided to residents.
Responsible for leading and directing the management of risk and compliance with regulatory bodies and legal directives to support the delivery of high quality, safe care for residents within the care homes. You will work closely with both the senior management team and your home managers, you will be supportive and a mentor to staff within the group.
A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential. You must have a passion for Dementia Care and have held a regional management position within residential and nursing homes for older people. You will be a committed employee who is dynamic with a can do attitude. Along with the operations of the homes you will assist the home managers with marketing to increase occupancy and improve further on CQC reports in order to make the care homes a market leader in the local areas.
