Registered nurse ( RGN or RMN ) 


•    Location: Glasgow, Greater Glasgow 
•    Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 per annum based on 42-hour contract - negotiable depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities

•    Hours: Full time/Part time
•    Shifts: Days/Nights
•    Contract type: Permanent

*Salary Equivalent to NHS Band 5 & 6*

*£1000 Welcome Bonus for all new nurses that join the company*

We are currently looking for someone who will play a key role within this purpose built care home as a registered nurse. The home is located in a peaceful residential area close to Glasgow city centre, the home is on local bus routes and walking distance to local shops. Nurses at this home offer convalescence, palliative, respite and Huntington nursing as well as a caring environment for all residents. The home has fantastic management and staff morale is very high. 


Who we’re looking for
•    A level one Registered Nurse 
•    You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home
•    You’ll have dedication and passion for helping make every day special for our residents
•    An ability to build warm and trusting relationships with our residents and their families
•    Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN. 


About the role
•    Leading your team, you will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit or floor within the home, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents 
•    You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of our residents, 
•    Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies, you will play an important role in raising the care home’s profile within the community
•    It is likely that, from time to time, you will be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours.
