Job Description

Residential Care Home Manager
Full Time Permanent Role
Salary up to £36,000 depending on experience + Benefits

As the Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the care of all residents making sure standards are maintained and exceeded. You will have experience of working within a care home setting and have your Level 4 in Health & Social Care.

Your main job role will be to monitor the performance of your staff team, market the home so as to maximise occupancy, manage the budgets, payroll and organise staff rotas.

Above all you will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate where you have successfully managed a Residential Care Home in a previous role.
