RMN - Acute (medical and nursing)
Permanent - Full Time
Up to £29,688.75 per annum, DOE £1,500 Welcome Bonus

We are looking for an excellent RMN - Acute. Providing quality, inspiring innovation and delivering value is what our set out to achieve. Enabling our client's patients with mental health difficulties to receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity, thanks to the knowledge and expertise of our multidisciplinary clinical teams.
Our client is a private 71-bed acute psychiatric hospital for adults and adolescents, based in Birmingham, offering a wide range of care to our varied client base of inpatient, outpatient and day patients. Our client is an independent hospital, specialising in the management and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. The hospital has established an excellent reputation for providing the highest standards of care. We provide expert treatment for the following services: Eating disorders Child and Adolescent Mental Health Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit, psychiatric intensive care unit which provides a fast turnaround service where the focus is supporting young adult males aged 16-25, to improve their coping skills in the short term. It has a highly experienced team of mental health professionals and support staff, which include consultant psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses and therapists. They can treat a wide range of acute mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, posttraumatic-stress-disorder, obsessive compulsive states, schizophrenia and all other major acute psychiatric illnesses

The Role: Our client is opening a new private ward. The ward will be a 9 bedded unit that will provide care for patients with varying diagnoses, including depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.
This is an excellent opportunity to participate in the development and growth of a new service that aims to provide outstanding care to this client group.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic nurses who can demonstrate a commitment to providing and maintaining high standards and quality of care that is both evidence based and patient centred.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a well-established MultiDisciplinary Team, and will be an integral in the ongoing development of the service where standards are consistently high in achieving its good reputation. There will be excellent opportunities to develop your physical, psychiatric and therapeutic skills and knowledge within the role and your personal development will be fully supported.
