Eclypse Recruitment is looking to recruit a permanent RMN to work in an independent hospital based near Nottingham.
You will need to make sure that each and every resident's psychological, physical and social needs are met - and that they get the very most they possibly can from life every day. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll provide in-depth expertise in the mental health sphere - as well as providing leadership to a multi-disciplinary shift team comprising everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.
We are looking for you to pride yourself both on the highest clinical standards, and on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing. Whether you're making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a tailored care plan that takes care of both mind and body, providing medication safely, keeping scrupulous records or carrying out a whole range of clinical tasks, you'll meet the highest standards.
We're looking for both Pre-Registered and Registered Nurses.
As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health), you'll need to have current NMC registration, and the most up to date clinical practices, particularly in relation to dementia. You'll also need experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, plus an understanding of regulatory frameworks, as well as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
As a Pre-Registered Nurse, we'll support you to take your first NMC OSCE assessment within three months. (Until you've passed your OSCE, you'll be undertaking more care related duties.) To join us, you'll need to hold a valid IELTs pass certificate dated within the last two years, with a minimum score of 7 in all areas. You'll also need a Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Computer Based Training certificate and an invite to undertake the NMC's OSCE test.
In return, you'll receive one of the best reward packages in the care sector. As well as a competitive salary, this will include:
