Senior Fundraising Officer – London - £32,000 per annum – Full Time Permanent.

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Fundraising Officer to join their Fundraising Team based in their Head Offices in Vauxhall/London

The Role

Working with the Fundraising Manager, the Senior Fundraising Officer will devise and implement fundraising strategy to secure income from charitable trusts and foundations, events, individual donors and corporate partners. This person will plan and manage events in support of the organisation's fundraising objectives; working alongside the communications team they will also ensure that powerful and effective messages and materials are developed that successfully generate income.

The successful candidate will have experience securing funding across at least one of a range of donor bases and will have a good knowledge of various fundraising tactics and practices. It is essential that this candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills alongside the ability to explain and summarise issues in a manner relevant to the audience.
