TTM Healthcare are currently supporting a private hospital who work in partnership with an NHS European cancer centre to provide advanced cancer care. The centre offers private patients a full range of diagnostic, inpatient, surgical, day care and outpatient treatment all on one site.
The centre is extending both inpatient and outpatient facilities and are seeking nurses to join their close knit, friendly team. They are seeking nurses from an acute surgical ward background or nurses with previous oncology experience.
The unit offers a friendly team where all staff work together to create a supportive culture. They have high staff to patient ratio meaning you are able to implement a high level of care and compassion to your patients enabling you to become a fundamental part of their treatment and recovery.
Who are we looking for?
We are welcoming applications from Qualified nurses who are live on the NMC register and who have previous surgical ward or oncology experience within the UK. Ideally you will have a post grad certificate in cancer care and / or teaching and assessing. You will have experience with venepuncture and cannulations. Being competent in ECGs is also a bonus.

- NMC Registration
- Flexible, dedicated and caring professional nurse
- Previous experience within an acute surgical ward OR oncology experience
- Post graduate certificate in cancer care or oncology
- Post graduate certificate in teaching and assessing
- Previous Oncology experience
- Competent in Venepunture and cannulation
- Competent ECGs
This is a full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week with shifts including days, nights, weekend and public holidays. The shift times are either 07.30hrs to 20.00hrs or 19.30hrs to 08.00hrs
The salary is £26,358 to £29851 per annum plus 9% shift enhancement for unsociable hours.
