We are actively looking for Support Workers to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Redmond House is a purpose built service with 12 bedrooms which provides care and supports to adults with physical and learning disabilities. Redmond House and the staff take pride in providing safe, caring, and effective care. Redmond has a good staffing team which work well together to achieve high quality person centred care. A couple of the job roles responsibilities include providing an excellent level of personal care, promoting independence, encouraging everyday living life skills and supporting individuals on a wide variety of activities.
