As a support worker you will be assisting individuals with learning disabilities to lead a fulfilling lives and enjoying community activities, we are looking for caring and hands on staff to join our team of support workers who are willing to go the extra mile and make a difference to the people we support.
You will be expected to keep detailed written records that reflect the quality of support that we deliver. We do provide a full training programme that is specific to the needs of the people we support.
A typical daily shift would be
8.00-15.00 and late shift
No experience is necessary as all of our staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. You'll join the team working on a rota that includes early, late, weekend, night and Bank Holiday shifts.
