Job Description

We're looking for someone with a great heart to come and work as a Support Worker on part or full time contracts working in various locations in Hinckley.

We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and/or Autism. We support groups of people who live in their own homes as well as supporting people for a few hours a week. You will need to be able to get to different locations in and around Hinckley.

As well as supporting people with personal care, meal preparation and daily living skills you will be supporting people with their chosen outings such as pub meals, cinema, day trips and walks. You role will be to empower people to be more independent and to enable them to be part of their local community.
