Our client is looking for a Support Worker to join there established team who specialise in supporting those with Autism and learning disabilities.
As a Support Worker you will be kind, compassionate and have a passion for providing high standards of care and support. Your main responsibility as a Support Worker will be to support and encourage individuals to seek opportunities that will benefit there lives and help them to achieve personal goals.
You will also be responsible for help to promote independence, develop relationships and make their own choices.
As a Support Worker you be supporting individuals with their daily living skills, including assistance with meal preparation, housekeeping and managing their money.
Ideally you will have past experience working as a Support Worker and NVQ level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care is preffered although not essential.
