Learning Disabilities Support Worker Job in Bingham

Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and caring Support Workers to work with mental health and learning disability clients in the Bingham area, through our friendly Nottingham branch. You will provide an essential service to support to both children and adults, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives.

About the Support Worker Role:

You will play a vital role in the Newcross team in this varied and rewarding role, delivering the highest quality of care in accordance with individual care plans that enrich lives. Through your person-centred approach, you will enable clients to lead fulfilling lives, helping them to interact with friends, family and the local community.

You will have access to comprehensive training and 24 hour support and in order to ensure that you always have enough work, you will be employed on a permanent, flexible contract with guaranteed hours.

Due to the nature of this role, access to your own transport is desirable but not essential.
